My deceivingly yummy smoothie recipe…


Today I’ve got my first to the public performance assessment so I decided to make a smoothie to give myself some nutrients & energy for the day. Now I admit, the smoothie colour isn’t great but my god does it taste good… So here’s a cheeky little ingredients list for you because there’s so much goodness in here! (I hope…) 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 whole mango, chopped into squares
  • 1/2 an apple
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 4 strawberries, chopped
  • A small chunk of cucumber, chopped into squares
  • A hefty handful of spinach 
  • 150ml almond milk 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 

I use the Breville Blend Active to blend up my smoothies. I whack it all in together and literally hit blend for about a minute/minute and a half to make sure it’s all nice and liquid (I hate bits in my smoothies…) and then sprinkle some cinnamon on top and voila! Yummy, healthy, nutritious goodness for you to drink! 🙂
